Tom Ford International’s senior vice president of communications, Cori Galpern, is leaving the brand to explore other opportunities. Galpern has been with Ford since the company opened its first freestanding store in 2007.
“After much consideration and almost a decade as part of Tom Ford, I have decided it is time to start a new chapter, take some time off and then pursue a new challenge,” said Galpern. “I have had an invaluable experience and am incredibly proud of the global brand that our team has built over the past 10 years. I am truly grateful to have had the opportunity to work so closely with Tom Ford and have immense admiration for him.”
For his part, Ford said, “Cori has been key in helping us build a powerful brand image. Her hard work and dedication to the company over the past decade has been invaluable and she will be greatly missed. I wish Cori the best as she embarks on the next chapter of her life and career and know that whatever she turns her attention to will be a great success.”
Galpern will be staying on at Tom Ford for the next month. A successor has yet to be named.
