The Swiss National Bank maintained 3-month Libor Target Range At -1.25 percent to -0.25 percent, as expected.
After the data, the Swiss franc retreated from recent highs against its major rivals.
As of 3:31 am ET, the Swiss franc was trading at 1.1468 against the euro, 1.2743 against the pound, 0.9639 against the U.S. dollar and 114.52 against the yen.
