Norwood Financial Corp. Increases Cash Dividend

HONESDALE, Pa., Sept. 13, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Lewis J. Critelli, President and Chief Executive Officer of Norwood Financial Corp (NASDAQ:NWFL) and its subsidiary Wayne Bank today announced that the Board of Directors declared a $.22 per share cash dividend payable November 1, 2017 to shareholders of record as of October 13, 2017.  The $.22 per share represents an increase of 3.1% over the per share dividend declared in the prior quarter, and exceeds the dividend declared in the same period of last year by 6.4% after adjusting for the 50% stock dividend which was declared August 8, 2017 and is payable on September 15, 2017.
