MARTEN TRANSPORT DECLARES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND

MONDOVI, Wis., Feb. 21, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Marten Transport, Ltd. (Nasdaq/GS:MRTN) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per share of common stock. The dividend will be payable on March 28, 2025 to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 14, 2025.

This is Marten’s 59^th consecutive quarterly cash dividend. With the payment of this dividend, Marten will have paid a total of $256.5 million in cash dividends, including special dividends totaling $134.9 million in 2021, 2020, 2019 and 2012, since the dividend program was implemented in 2010.
