Pixelle Announces Agreement to Sell Stevens Point Facility to Ahlstrom

Spring Grove, PA, April 03, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Pixelle Specialty Solutions LLC (“Pixelle”), a leading high-end solutions provider in food and consumer packaging applications, today announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell its Stevens Point, Wisconsin facility to Ahlstrom Oyj (“Ahlstrom”), a global leader in fiber-based specialty materials. 

The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2025, subject to customary regulatory approvals and closing conditions.

Pixelle has operated the Stevens Point facility since 2020. The company is committed to working with Ahlstrom to support a smooth transition for employees, customers, and partners.
