By Alexandra Valencia QUITO (Reuters) – Ecuador has secured $150 million in financing to manage its expanded marine reserve around the Galapagos, but remains open to blue bonds to benefit the environmentally sensitive area, Environment Minister Gustavo Manrique said Friday.
