Apple Inc. (AAPL) has unveiled its eagerly awaited Watch Series 10, now featuring a brighter, wide-angle OLED display and a sleeker design. The new model is offered in three finishes – natural, gold, and dark slate gray – and includes a titanium variant.The next-generation Watch Series 10 is available in both 45mm and 49mm sizes, marking an upgrade from its predecessor’s 41mm and 45mm options. Enhanced durability and water resistance are achieved with a newly designed metal back.Among the standout features is the ‘Sleep Apnea Detection’ capability. Utilizing the watch’s accelerometer, this feature can detect if the wearer has sleep apnea and recommend appropriate treatments, aligning with other health functionalities on the device such as irregular heart rate detection, low heart rate alerts, and blood oxygen monitoring.The watch is powered by an S10 chip equipped with a four-core neural engine and includes a built-in speaker for playing music and podcasts. Notable enhancements include a ‘double-tap’ gesture for single-handedly answering calls and a new S9 SiP for faster Siri processing.
