Growth in the Czech Republic’s retail sales saw an uptick in July, primarily driven by heightened demand for non-food items, according to data released by the Czech Statistical Office on Monday.Excluding motor vehicles and motorcycles, retail sales experienced a year-on-year rise of 4.4% in June, surpassing the previous month’s growth rate of 3.0%.On a month-to-month basis, retail sales climbed by 0.7% as the second quarter concluded.The annual growth rate for non-food product sales accelerated to 6.4% in June, up from 3.1% in May.
