Details of the financial transactions involved in the acquisition were not disclosed.The acquisition aims to enhance TD SYNNEX’s influence in the regional digital transformation sector, facilitating seamless cloud migrations for its clients.Completion of the acquisition is anticipated within the next 30 to 90 days.It is important to note that IPsense’s divisions focusing on analytics, big data, and machine learning are not included in this acquisition.
