(VOYA) announced on Wednesday the appointment of Michael Katz as Chief Financial Officer, effective January 1, 2025.Katz will report directly to Heather Lavallee, Voya’s Chief Executive Officer.With over two decades of tenure at Voya and its predecessor, ING U.S., Katz currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Finance and is a member of Voya’s Executive Committee.Katz is set to succeed Don Templin, who has held the CFO position since November 2022 and has decided to retire.
