Singapore’s economic growth is forecast to moderate this year after logging the fastest growth in three years in 2017, the Ministry of Trade and Industry said Wednesday. For the whole of 2017, the city-state economy expanded 3.6 percent, faster than the 2.4 percent growth in 2016 and the biggest since 2014. The 2017 growth was largely driven by the 10.1 percent expansion in manufacturing.
