(NASDAQ: INMB) (the “Company”), a clinical-stage inflammation and immunology company, today announced that it has closed its registered direct offering, announced on June 27, 2025, (the “Offering”) for the purchase and sale of 3,000,000 shares of its common stock at a purchase price of $6.30 per share, priced at-the-market under Nasdaq rules.
The gross proceeds from the Offering are approximately $19 million, before deducting placement agent fees and other estimated offering expenses. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the Offering for working capital purposes and general corporate procedures.
A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners acted as sole placement agent for the Offering.
