Bed Bath & Beyond Inc. said Monday that it has made two hires to drive its $3 billion digital business. Jill Pavlovich has been named senior vice president of digital commerce and Jake Griffith is the home goods retailer’s new vice president of product management. Both will start on April 4. Pavlovich was previously head of exclusive brands and merchandising at Wayfair Inc. and has 15 years of experience. Griffith, also with 15 years of experience, was previously general manager for sports & fitness at Walmart Inc. . Bed Bath & Beyond announced the launch of a new private-label brand, Nestwell, last week, and has been undergoing a turnaround to focus on its core business. Bed Bath & Beyond stock has rallied 529.3% over the past year while the S&P 500 index is up 56.4% for the period.
