Express Inc. said Tuesday its board of directors has appointed Timothy Baxter the company’s chief executive officer, effective June 17. Baxter succeeds Matthew Moellering, who has served as interim president and CEO since January. Moellering will remain with Express as executive vice president and chief operating officer.
