Wynn Resorts Ltd. late Thursday said it would buy 22.5% of BetBull Ltd. as part of its strategic partnership with the European digital sports betting operator. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed but the two companies plan to jointly seek new sports betting opportunities in the U.S. Wynn shares rose 0.7% after hours.
