The reports cover mobile apps from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, as well as Connected TV (CTV) apps from Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV, and Samsung Smart TV stores.
The reports highlight the estimated top-grossing apps in open programmatic advertising revenue for mobile and CTV apps. U.S:
- ‘Mobile: Weather – The Weather Channel’ led ($5M estimated open programmatic ad revenue) on the Apple App Store, and ‘PocketFM’ ($7M estimated open programmatic ad revenue) is No. 1 on the Google Play Store
- CTV: Hulu led on all four CTV platforms: ‘Roku’ ($82M estimated open programmatic ad revenue), Apple TV ($29M), ‘Amazon Fire TV’ ($39M estimated open programmatic revenue), and ‘Samsung Smart TV’ ($21M estimated open programmatic ad revenue)
Canada
- Mobile: ‘Happy Color by Numbers Game’ ($295K estimated open programmatic ad revenue) led on the Apple App Store, and ‘PocketFM’ was No. 1 on the Google Play Store ($99K)
- CTV: ‘NOMADlife.tv’ was No. 1 on Roku ($100K) in estimated open programmatic revenue, ‘Hulu’ led on Apple TV ($106K), ‘Bloomberg’ was No. 1 on Amazon Fire TV ($84K), and ‘Samsung TV PLUS’ led on Samsung Smart TV ($19K)
