A lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court for the Central District of California on behalf of investors who purchased or acquired the securities of Rocket Lab between November 12, 2024 and February 25, 2025, inclusive, alleging violations of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 against the Company and certain of its senior officers.
According to the lawsuit, Rocket Lab made misrepresentations concerning the delays for the Company’s plans for three barge landing tests.
