What happened?
On or about July 3, 2024, EngageMED identified suspicious activity on its network affecting certain systems. After an investigation, it was discovered that an intruder gained access to the Company’s computer systems between June 12, 2024, and July 3, 2024. The breach may have resulted in the unauthorized access of personal information, including names, addresses, Social Security numbers, patient ID numbers, health insurance details, and other personal identifying information.
