(the “Company”) (NASDAQ: EGBN), the parent company for EagleBank, today announced a cash dividend for the first quarter of 2023, in the amount of $0.45 per share. The cash dividend will be payable on April 28, 2023 to shareholders of record on April 6, 2023.
