(Nasdaq: JSPR) (“Jasper”), a biotechnology company focused on developing novel antibody therapies targeting c-Kit (CD117) to address diseases such as chronic spontaneous urticaria and lower to intermediate risk myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) as well as novel stem cell transplant conditioning regimes, announced today that it intends to offer and sell, subject to market and other conditions, shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. Jasper intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the aggregate number of shares of common stock offered in the public offering, at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. All of the shares of common stock to be sold in the proposed offering will be sold by Jasper.
