SAN DIEGO, Sept. 15, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — KULR Technology Group, Inc. (NYSE American: KULR) (the “Company” or “KULR”), a global leader in sustainable energy management, today announced the closing of its $2.875 million underwritten public offering of 8,214,285 shares of its common stock, including 1,071,428 shares of its common stock issued pursuant to the full exercise by the underwriter of its over-allotment option. The public offering price, before the underwriter’s discount and commissions, for each share of common stock was $0.35. All of the securities in the underwritten public offering were sold by the Company.
The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to pay off certain amounts of the outstanding balance owed under its existing financing facility, as well as for working capital and general corporate purposes.
The Benchmark Company, LLC acted as the sole book-running manager for the offering and Titan Partners Group, a division of American Capital Partners, LLC acted as the co-manager.
