Plug Power has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 4,601,250 shares at the public offering price, less the underwriting discount. The offering is expected to close on or about August 14, 2020, subject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions. Morgan Stanley is acting as sole book-running manager and Barclays, Roth Capital Partners, Craig-Hallum Capital Group and H.C. Wainwright are acting as co-managers.
