A lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas on behalf of investors who purchased or acquired the securities of American between January 25, 2024 and May 28, 2024, inclusive (the “Class Period”), alleging violations of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 against the Company and certain of its senior officers.
