(Nasdaq: ARQT) (“Arcutis”), an early commercial-stage company focused on developing meaningful innovations in immuno-dermatology, today announced the commencement of an underwritten public offering of $100.0 million of shares of its common stock and, in lieu of common stock to certain investors, pre-funded warrants to purchase shares of its common stock. All of the shares of common stock and pre-funded warrants in this offering are being sold by Arcutis. The proposed offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering. In addition, Arcutis intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $15.0 million of shares of its common stock at the public offering price per share.
