This strategic collaboration, building on a long-term relationship with annual renewals, involves a total spend of $11 million with up to an additional 25% increase, which could bring the partnership value to approximately $13.75 million. The extension solidifies Lyneer’s existing business and encompasses additional locations with the customer, representing an annual spend of $10 million.
