(Nasdaq: BREZ) (the “Company”), today announced that on March 15, 2024, the Company received a notification from Nasdaq indicating that the Nasdaq Hearings Panel (the “Panel”) had granted the Company’s request for continued listing on the exchange. In accordance with the Panel’s determination, the Company must complete its initial business combination by May 28, 2024, and must demonstrate compliance with Nasdaq’s initial listing requirements under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5405. The Panel’s determination related to a previously disclosed notice the Company received from Nasdaq on November 27, 2023, relating to the Company’s non-compliance with Nasdaq IM-5101-2, which requires that a special purpose acquisition company complete one or more business combinations within 36 months of the effectiveness of its IPO registration statement.
