SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif., May 22, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Cytokinetics, Incorporated (Nasdaq: CYTK) today announced plans to offer, subject to market and other conditions, approximately $500 million of shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. Cytokinetics expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the number of shares of common stock sold in connection with the offering.
