What happened?
On or about January 28, 2024, Signature Healthcare Services identified a cybersecurity incident that resulted in disruptions to its network. Subsequently, it was determined that personal data may have been compromised. The potentially exposed personal information includes names, dates of birth, medical record numbers, services availed, dates of services, and the identities of attending physicians.
