What happened?
On or about February 13, 2024, U.S. Merchants discovered that an unauthorized third party had accessed its network and obtained certain files. An investigation, which concluded on August 2, 2024, revealed that these files contained some customers’ personal information such as names, driver’s license numbers, alien registration numbers, passport numbers, and Social Security numbers.
