New York, NY, Oct. 10, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Globalink Investment Inc. (Nasdaq: GLLI, GLLIW, GLLIR, GLLIU) (“Globalink” or the “Company”), a special purpose acquisition company, announced today that on October 4, 2023, it caused to be deposited $130,000 (the “Extension Payment”) into its trust account (the “Trust Account”) with Continental Stock Transfer and Trust Company (“Continental”) to extend the deadline to complete its initial business combination from October 9, 2023 to November 9, 2023. The extension is the fourth of five extensions permitted under the Company’s governing documents.
