(Nasdaq: IMMX) (the “Company”), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company trailblazing cell therapies in autoimmune disease, today announced that it intends to offer and sell shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. All of the shares of common stock in the underwritten public offering are to be sold by the Company. The Company also expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase additional shares of common stock offered in the public offering. The offering is subject to market conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering.
The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the proposed offering for NXC-201 clinical trials, working capital and general corporate purposes.
