NEW YORK, Dec. 08, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Japan Smaller Capitalization Fund, Inc. (NYSE: JOF) (the “Fund”) announced that it would make an ordinary income distribution of $0.2655 per share payable on December 27, 2023 to shareholders of record on December 19, 2023. The ex-dividend date will be December 18, 2023.
