In addition, the DR-S250N supports a wide range of file formats, including PDF, JPEG, PNG, Excel, Word, PPTX, BMP, and TIFF with the bundled scanning software CaptureOnTouch. The scanner can also handle a variety of different media, including documents, business cards, plastic or embossed cards, passports, and more. Lastly, the imageFORMULA DR-S250N offers two ways to remotely manage the device, through the Remote UI / Web Menu interface, and through the Canon DR Scanner Management Tool for rapid deployment, configuration, and maintenance from a central location, helping to reduce installation and ongoing support costs.
