The aggregate gross proceeds were $230.0 million. The net proceeds of the offering after deducting underwriting discounts and other estimated offering expenses are expected to be approximately $217.0 million. The Corporation intends to use the net proceeds of the offering for general corporate purposes to support its continued growth, including investments in Renasant Bank and future strategic acquisitions.
