(collectively, the “Selling Stockholders”) pursuant to a registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”). In connection with the proposed offering, the Selling Stockholders intend to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 562,500 shares of the common stock offered by the Selling Stockholders.
