HOUSTON, July 11, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Targa Resources Corp. (NYSE: TRGP) (“Targa” or the “Company”) announced its quarterly dividend on common shares with respect to the second quarter of 2024.
Targa announced today that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.75 per common share, or $3.00 per common share on an annualized basis, for the second quarter of 2024. This cash dividend will be paid August 15, 2024 on all outstanding common shares to holders of record as of the close of business on July 31, 2024.
The Company will report its second quarter 2024 financial results before the market opens for trading on Thursday, August 1, 2024 and will host a live webcast over the internet at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time (10:00 a.m. Central Time) to discuss its 2024 second quarter financial results.
