(“Kura Sushi” or the “Company”), (NASDAQ: KRUS), a technology-enabled Japanese restaurant concept, today announced that Treasa Bowers has been appointed to serve as an independent member of the Board of Directors effective July 9, 2024. Ms. Bowers has also been appointed to the Audit Committee and Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors.
