Wolters Kluwer completes acquisition of Brightflag
Alphen aan den Rijn — June 11, 2025 — Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory has today completed the previously announced acquisition of Brightflag, a global provider of legal spend and matter management software. The agreement was originally signed and announced on May 29, 2025.
