What happened?
On or around July 26, 2024, TEAM Software detected unusual activity on several of its network platforms. They initiated an investigation and retained outside cybersecurity and forensic experts to evaluate the situation. The investigation revealed that an unauthorized individual had accessed some of TEAM Software’s computer systems and potentially obtained or viewed sensitive personal information within these systems on or around July 26, 2024. This information may include personal data such as names, Social Security numbers, and driver’s license numbers. The breach has affected nearly 100,000 individuals.
