Major U.S. stock indexes fell to session lows Wednesday after Reuters reported that the completion of a so-called phase one U.S.-China trade deal could be delayed until next year. The Dow Jones Industrial Average was off 200 points, or 0.7%, at 27,734, while the S&P 500 was down 0.6% at 3,099.81.
