(NASDAQ: AMST), a leading artificial intelligence software company offering a cloud-based learning platform for business and education markets, announces today that its white-label platform is delivering COPPA and FERPA compliant learning programs for its partners around the nation. Compliance requirements are designed to protect children’s safety and personal data online, providing for parental consent for children under the age of 13 who use online platforms. Amesite has achieved this compliance by developing a system which requires parents to give explicit consent for enrollment of their children under the age of 13 and providing avenues for parents to manage their child’s access and data.
This compliance allows Amesite’s Customers to sell learning products into 16,800 school districts in the United States, educating 49.5 million K12 learners [1,2]. The ability for Amesite and its partners to scale and drive revenue through schools is tremendous, with Amesite’s subscription-based model.
